Born in the vibrant heart of Brazil on December 18, 1972, Mia Margarida's life has always been a tapestry of art and culture. Growing up surrounded by the rich traditions of her homeland, Mia developed a profound love for all things artistic. Her journey into the world of creativity began at a young age, inspired by her mother, a talented seamstress who taught her the art of sewing when she was just 16 years old in 1985.

Mia’s artistic pursuits didn’t stop at sewing. Over the years, she has mastered over 20 artistic skills, including painting, acting, dancing, playing the piano, and home decor. Her ability to speak four languages reflects her deep appreciation for diverse cultures and forms of expression.

In 2014, Mia brought her talents to California, where she continued to hone her sewing skills. She soon became known for her impeccable craftsmanship and eye for detail. Her passion for helping others look and feel their best led her to open Mia Fashion Chic, a tailor and boutique that blends her love for fashion with her artistic flair.

At Mia Fashion Chic, Mia specializes in tailoring and altering wedding dresses and all types of garments bringing joy to countless brides and clients on their special day.
